The team at Bark House is always very professional, kind, and helpful. Sam was the one to groom Nash this time. The only thing I'll say is I wish there were notes in the system from the last few times he had been groomed here.
Sam mentioned there were no notes and so when she called to get information on how I would like him groomed, she asked great questions and was helpful in explaining Nash's specific breeds coat and it's needs. However, I just don't think he was really had that mach taken off of him.
My fiance picked Nash up and I didn't see him until later in the afternoon on that day so I didn't have a chance to bring him back in. But I really wish that there had been more taken off of his coat. He was still pretty hairy and I was pretty clear that I wanted him to have a shorter coat, especially around his toosh. He constantly gets poop stuck to him if it's not cleanly shaven/short back there and I explained this over the phone. I think taking pictures of the dog after they have been groomed would be very helpful moving forward so I could say yes I liked the length here, or no, please cut more here.

So far so good. We have only been going for a couple of weeks. The staff is friendly. My dogs seem to be well cared for. There have been a a couple times where I caught some heated moments on the pup cam and reached out via text. The staff responded quickly and solved the issue. They also respond in a timely manner if I have questions or just want to check in. Everything appears clean. You can request naps for you pups during the day if they need a break. And they have lots of treats and supplies up front just in case.

Rex had the best time at BPH! I was so nervous to board him, as he was attacked at the last place he stayed, but the staff was so friendly and ensured he was in the best hands. I watched him play and make new friends on the camera, he LOVED IT! He will definitely be coming back for day care, grooming, and boarding.

I love how the staff are so very kind and professional. I felt completely at ease entrusting the care of my dog to bark public house for a few days. They walked him, cuddled with him, and sent me a email update with a picture letting me know how things were going. You can tell each one of these employees has a driven passion for what they do, it's not just a paycheck. Also, I love the webcam! Its so cool being able to peek in and see what your pooch is up to several states away. BPH is a total win; fully recommend and will use them again in the future.

We brought our dog Moon here while on a road trip, and the folks who took him in were super friendly and knowledgable. They evaluate dogs then put them into small, medium or large groups so there's a somewhat equal playing field. Moon came out at the end of the day pooped out and happy. We'll definitely be back the next time we are in Nashville.
