Barnhart crew shows up on time, and ready to begin setup on site. Crew is knowledgeable of rigging required for HVAC units, and has proper rigging included with them as required. Crew gives direct commands when units are ready to fly and rigging is secure for units. Safety is always at the forefront and that has always been visible to the UMC team and the GC on site.
