Before listing, Barry walked through every room to identify how best to present our home to buyers. After the walk through he reviewed with us tips that highlighted features of interest and furniture placement that improved traffic flow. He prepared and reviewed with us an attractive listing package that included a detailed description of the homes features and informative photos. The result was our house sold within a couple of weeks.
