I recently purchased my Trek bike from Bay Cycles and received outstanding service from Lisa and Jez. They are both highly knowledgeable and professional, and also very friendly. The shop is well stocked, and is presented really nicely, so that it makes the whole experience of shopping for a new bike easy and relaxing!
