Amazing service and so knowledgeable.. Bay Cycles is the best of the traditional LBS. The passion and understanding of Jez and Lisa is evident in their approach to all aspects of service, bikes and cycling paraphernalia.. I cannot recommend them highly enough.. in a world of failing online suppliers and a cut price race to the bottom, they stand proudly at the vanguard; providing the high quality personal approach that we actually really need. I never feel anything but 100% looked after.
