I had a fantastic experience getting cleat fittings for my bikes shoes at Bay Cycles. Lisa was patient, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced with setting up my cleats. Lisa took the time to make sure the cleats were positioned correctly for comfort and safety, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. It really gave me confidence that after my cleat fitting that I would be riding efficiently without any strain or awkward positioning. Overall, a top-quality service that I would highly recommend to any body looking for proper cleat fitting and expert bike advice.

I’m really pleased that I chose to buy local. The prices that Bay cycles offered were competitive with online but the stand out was the service I received. From the first time I enquired about a bike until the moment I walked out with it after my bike fit, everyone that I dealt with was so knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough to help. I can now see the true value of buying from someone that you can talk to rather than just clicking “BUY” online, receiving the delivery and then being left on your own to work out the rest. Whether you are an experienced rider or buying a bike for the first time, bay cycles is a superb option. Thanks very much for all the help and for answering my many questions!

The team at Bay were simply superb. A broken spoke threatened our ride from Landsend to London but the wheel was quickly repaired and balanced, the poorly fitting tyre sorted and a work disc rotor replaced, all very quickly and at a very reasonable price , with lots of free advice. Shops like Bay Cycles are becoming harder to find and yet are vital and invaluable suppliers of parts, skills and advice and we can't thankyou enough. Ian and Gary, Whitby
