When I get my bike serviced there are a number of things I look for. I want a thorough assessment to identify work that needs doing; I want to know that nothing will be done unnecessarily; and I want the work completed to a high standard. At Bay Cycles I am confident that I will get all of this which is why I am happy to entrust them with the most important thing that I own.

I travel some distance to bring my bikes to Bay Cycles for servicing. The reason for this is that I am grateful for the great care and attention given at all times. On this occasion there were several issues of which I was not aware, which could have been potentially dangerous. Putting these right involved a lot of work to find me the best option. As ever, I trust Bay Cycles for their workmanmship and general professionalism.

I can't praise Bay Cycles enough. Their customer service is absolutely brilliant. Whether you give them a call or just walk in, Jez & Lisa make you feel as though you and your bike are very important to them. Their attention to detail is superb and they genuinely care about your bike and are committed to providing top-notch service. I highly recommend them and if you're a cyclist in the area, I definitely recommend checking them out.
