It's like a camping experience without having to go camping! The only thing I would prefer is if there were more options for quieter activities because my daughter is so exhausted by the end of the day.

My kids LOVE Camp Bay View - the staff are top notch, the activities are FUN and ENGAGING, they come home tired and haven't had any screen time. So many wins at Camp Bay View <3

After Penfield Sport & Fittness closed I felt lost as to where to go to get some exercise. A friend suggested the Y at Baytown. So happy I took her suggestion! Mary, who leads the water exercise class is amazing! She makes class fun and worth going. The Y has all sorts of classes, instructors, self improvement ideas! Now all I have to do is get my --- off this couch and get going myself! We'll worth the time!

My son absolutely loves camp bayview.

Waterfront was a unique experience. However I wish I knew in advance the basic structure of the day and options so my son had time to decide what he might want. There also seems to be a lack of communication. The first day he was stung by a bee—but nothing was communicated home so I had to do some digging to find out how to follow up at home and what to watch for. Being his second sting—if allergic—it would have flared worse. All in all— he loved it and it was a fantastic experience.

My daughter looks forward to camp and has had a positive experience with the YMCA. I like that all of the staff knows her, she has been at Bay View for 6 years now. Can’t beat the activities that they have for the children or the choice of pool vs splash pad on a hot day. Freya hopes to attend the rest of the years that she is able to and she wears her camp bay view t shirts with pride during the off season

I feel confident that this is a safe and nurturing environment for my son. He always comes home with something to tell me he has counselors that he’s loved and made a few friends. I know they go out of their way to make sure the kids are comfortable in the hot weather and when there’s rain storms

This was my 4 year old's first camp experience ever! She LOVED it! Came home exhausted but couldn't wait to go back. In fact, the morning of her second day, the first thing she said when she woke up was, "I'm ready to go to camp now!" We went to BayView's outdoor pool as a family the week after she was in camp and I could already see increased confidence in how she was leading us through the property. She is in a different camp this week and has asked me multiple times when she can go back to the "other camp" aka Camp Bayview!
