Everyone was welcoming and quick to get me checked out. CT scan was fast and blood and urinalysis was fast too. Hospital was clean and not crowded.

We were taken quite quickly. Introduced to Dr and nurse who proceeded to tell us step by step what they were going to do to help us. After that things moved rapidly and I was given a scan which also took no time. Some additional tests were done and soon the Dr came back with a complete report of what was done and what the results were to take to my other Doctors. My son and I were very impressed with their efficiency. I am new to the area and not sure of the health care assistance that is here in Frisco, so I chose an emergency unit that had the name of the the practice my Drs worked from, BSW. So glad I did. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the same.
