I could not speak highly enough about the care I got the morning of my visit. Not just an ER visit, but pretty much any medical visit I have ever had...Dr Brockman was exceptional as were all of the people who attended to me...I am so embarrassed that I don't remember al the names, save for Bryan...but everyone was gracious, professional, conversational and had great sense of humor, which I personally think has an important place in an ER. Before I left I told Dr Brockman 1 on 1 and then the entire staff, that we all know the state of our world today...and if we had more people like all you, this world would be a much better place. One of the more meaningful experiences I have had in a long time.THANK YOU to the entire Staff... You represent the medical industry so very well ... And You all change the world one patient and one day at a time, even if it goes unsaid at times

I was seen very quickly by nurses, Dr and techs to find a solution to my problem. All were patient, kind and worked quickly to find my problem. If you have to be in the emergency room it was a good experience. Will use them again if needed.

I recently had to visit the emergency room at Baylor Scott & White in Frisco, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during a difficult time. The staff here is world-class; they treated me with incredible compassion and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. I was particularly struck by how quickly they were able to see me and how thoroughly they addressed my concerns. It is rare to find an emergency department that balances high-speed efficiency with such a personal, human touch. Every nurse and physician I interacted with was patient, professional, and attentive. I am so thankful to have such a reliable and high-quality medical team right here in our community. They truly went above and beyond for me.
