Just fantastic service from the medical team as well as the front desk. Over the years we have used this ER and each time the service was just outstanding. All personnel were very compassion and the communication with the nurses, and the doctors were perfect. We always left with the feeling that we had received the best care possible. We were from out of state and it was my 96 year old dad that had medical issues. We were treated with compassion and kindness from the admin intake staff. After being assessed, they took is right back and made him comfortable. Everything was explained thoroughly thru out his treatment. He was treated and released in record time. We had to get meds and it was the middle of the night-we were given a map and easily got what we needed. Clear instructions for care.
