I like the new equipment in the Fitness Center. Also like the staff...they are very helpful. I can't name all of them, but here are a few: Jackson Brown, Britany Spears, Lincoln, Banana Banana, Abita, I Missed Ya...all the way up to Michael Big Cheese!

First, I appreciate my senior citizen discount on my membership. Second, I like working with Nina as a personal trainer. The second floor of the Y can be a little intimidating with all of the different exercise machines. Nina understands what I'm trying to accomplish and knows which pieces of equipment to put me on, how much weight to work with and how many reps to do.

The Downtown Y has many group fitness activities for all levels of fitness throughout the day and the week. All of the instructors are enthusiastic about and well-meaning in ensuring that each participant exercises in a safe and encouraging environment. If you are in a bad or so-so mood before attending a class, it is almost guaranteed you will leave with an elevated mood and feel better about yourself.

Well I love yoga with Lauren I really appreciate the friendly staff especially Michelle the cleaning lady she is absolutely the best. I love the sauna and the steam room. I enjoy every minute of the Y whilst I am there!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart

My wife & I have enjoyed our membership since we moved to Pensacola in 2018. The staff is very friendly - everyone greets me with a smile each time i check in. The facility is excellent - especially the recently upgraded 2nd floor. Our membership fee is worth every penny! Way to go - keep on doing what you are doing! Many thanks, Jim {and Terry}
