From the moment of arrival at the Flatiron location, I'm greeted cheerfully by Ari. She's delightful, always has a smile on her face and is super helpful. Any concerns or questions are quickly expedited to my satisfaction. And Ari does an amazing job with scheduling. The environment is lovely, immaculate and tranquil. And the series of services received from Nikki were exceptional! She's a beautiful spirit, kind and consummate professional. I look forward to my sessions with her. I recently had a procedure with Ashlin at the Upper East Side location. She was cordial and very proficient with my treatment. She explained everything and was very gently. I left feeling happy, Bianka and Omaira at the front desk are always friendly, accommodating, hospitable and willing to help any way they can. This environment is also beautifully immaculate and tranquil. I love visiting both offices. Great job all!

So far everyone has been friendly and professional. What I can respect the most is when clients share what their wishes are, the clinicians are open and honest enough to say either yes that will work/is realistic or no, with what you want done, dont expect to see a drastic change. I would rather honesty then a "Yes man" just to make a quick buck. So far, so good.

I’ve been a client for several years. I’m always very happy with the results I get here from Botox and Sculptra. The practitioners I’ve had, especially Anita and Rosetta, are extremely skillful and knowledgeable. They create a look for me that is natural, and never overdone. The office staff here are bright, efficient and friendly. I would recommend Beautyfix Medspa to anyone. ❤️
