The first time I went it was not the best. The lady was not very nice and kept cutting me and my nails only lasted for 3 days. This time I got a really good lady and she was super nice and did an amazing job.

I have a favorite person for pedicures. It makes all the difference. She's thorough, calm and pleasant and I only go when she is available in Studio City. I haven't had much success in West Hollywood.

I don’t even request a nail or pedicure tech, they are all amazing . Even the receptionist, if you need help with a color , they will assist you .
