So helpful and kind, very personable, genuine support and advice. Listened to me share my boring stories about my whole zoo of animals (we have 6!) and recommended excellent products that just 24 hours later are working WONDERS. I never knew goat milk could be so beneficial for dogs!

Rico and I had a marvelous conversation about our aging dogs. He was very compassionate about my little 13 year old Sheltie and offered some great advice. Both staff members were so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. In particular Rico who had research he’d the foods my cat could eat and had a list waiting for me when I arrived and then showed all the products that were listed.

We love the Bellview Kriser store! The staff are amazing. They always welcome us with a friendly hello and smile when we walk in the door. They have been instrumental in helping our finicky and picky kitty. We have struggled for 3 years trying to find a food that we feel good feeding her AND one she likes - thanks to the Kriser staff, we're finally in a good place. It wasn't just their food knowledge but their personal stories that helped us. It never felt like they were trying to sell us product - they actually wanted to help us. They made us feel seen when they shared their own pet struggles. They listened. We laughed in shared experienes. They gave advice from pet parent to pet parent, not as a sales associate to customer. We love going in every weekend to see the staff as we stock up on our pet's favorite products. It is a much better experience than going to a overally corporate pet store any day! We are grateful to have found the Bellview Kriser store!
