Rico is the best manager and client relations I’ve seen in a long time. He’s diligent and hardworking and I like him personally. And I trust him. The store at the Greenwood location is a vital to the community here. And I’m so happy it there and that there is a boutique feel to it. It’s a step above the overwhelming gigantic pet stores. That framework, in my view is cumbersome and impersonal and lacks in the personal touch I myself prefer as a pet owner. The permanent staff is great as well. Nicole is a standout. And my dog Lucy’s groomer is exemplary and personable and takes good care of Lucy, who can be an exuberant handful. A little gem of a place.

Great store and great help! It would be fun to see unique items like sparkly dog/cat collars, doggy nail polish with glitter, maybe some designer clothes. Just hard to find items so we can give our pet a little sparkle ✨ Thanks We will be back
