It’s in the detail, when I arrive to set up appointment you staff was going through the motions and when it comes to money, those details matter. Surprises can be softened by a phone call instead of surprise with another person trying to figure out why I was unhappy. Military discount was never applied from the start even when it was noted. Sloppy and I have a sour taste in my mouth with zero disclosure from the start. I sold insurance as a full line agent and never left my clients guessing on their bill. We are grateful to have such a full service bike shop in our area. All staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We purchased an E-Catrike recumbent bike from them in the spring and just brought in a used recumbent that they did a conversion to electric on for us. They also came out to our home and fixed a flat tire on the E-Catrike. We really appreciate them. Also, a special shout out to Shane for all of the great work and patience he has had with us beginners. Alex & Michelle Hirsekorn

I rented an e-bike from Ben's Bikes and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive, getting me set up and on my way quickly. The sights around Sequim are absolutely stunning, and exploring them by e-bike is the perfect way to cover more ground while still enjoying the beauty all around you. Excellent experience! Our group of 10 all enjoyed a scenic ride on the Olympic Discovery Trail. The e-bikes were easy to use and were a perfect complement for the trail!
