We were a walk in customer coming to buy a replacement inner tube for our Giant mountain bike and asked about a problem we were having on our ride that day. Gears were skipping and the brakes were not operating properly after a tube change. It was 2:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday and the shop closed at 5:00. The bike repair staff fit our bike in and made the repairs we needed. We were from out of town leaving in two days and the got our bike looked at and repaired. The staff was very accomidating.

The guy assisting us knew his stuff and answered all our question, both about the rental e-bike and an regular bike that had some maintenance needed on it. We couldn't get the saddle on our personal bike and he popped it on no problem.

We recently purchased a Liv bicycle for our granddaughter, and she loves it! We also got her a speedometer for it, and that has made riding extra fun and motivated her to put in more miles.
