I rely on my ebike for daily transportation. On Saturday I had a problem with my fork and headset that made my bike unrideable. I brought it into the shop and dropped it off. Within an hour or so I got a text stating that my bike was finished and ready to go. Your service is generally pretty fast, but this was exceptional and beyond the call duty. Thank you!
