Everything! I can come whenever and do the things I like. I like the indoor track in the AC. I like the machines for strength training.

I like the easy and easy out of the building and parking lot. I like the assisted pull up machine. I like how how I can do my strength training and it's not too crowded and get my running in on the treadmill. I like that I can swim although I would like the pool to not be a chlorine pool but a salt sanitized system or bromine, I would swim it more. I think I've acclimated to the smell of chlorine when I step in through the front doors, it's something I would never tolerate at my house, chlorine chemical use or smell. I like that my wife and I a seniors don't pay more than $50 or so per month. And the people are very nice behind the counter.

The instructors are so sweet, personable and plans their workouts well! Gessica and Bethany are amazing gals! And the front desk staff are always welcoming with a smile!
