I recently purchased a groupon package of 5 classes. I was not able to readily apply my groupon voucher using your electronic system, as a result I paid for for my initial session on June 4th. I returned for my second class on June 5th, as I was able to apply my groupon after emailing you as to the problem. I was also able to book a session for June 12th. However in my attempt to book my remaining 3 sessions in keeping with my groupon package, your system wouldnt allow me to do so. I am so enjoying the classes and would like yo exhaust my groupon purchase before purchasing a package. My schedule is limited so I wanted to book well in advance. Can you let me know what needs to happen so that my groupon can be applied for my remaining 3 sessions. Thank you kindly.
The studio is very clean, well appointed, and welcoming. The teachers take time to explain the equipment and exercises so that beginners can get right to work. In addition, they keep in contact with clients to make sure we have all the up to date information we need, and to answer any questions or concerns.
