The folks at Benidorm did a once yearly service on our e-bikes and they did them just as promised. One bike had a few issues I did not expect and they let me know and fixed them up! Thank you for catching the stretched chain, crooked seat, and worn out pedals.

Fantastic service! Jan was helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and efficient. And I am so sorry I can’t remember his name but he fitted my bike with a kickstand! An achievement that another store said was impossible for this style of bike. Can’t wait for the weather to clear to try out my newly styled bike!

Pete and Matt have both helped me do upgrades to my bike and I could not be happier. They took the time to educate someone who is new and kept me from wasting money on upgrades I did not need. I will definitely buy my next bike there and keep going for service as well. It's nice to find a good store who is kind and helpful to all levels of cyclists.

Benidorm always has the best customer service. Not only are the prices fair and the actual work on my bikes has been top notch but, they are always so helpful. Jan worked with me to find the the exact part that I was looking for on a leisure bike, which is not something they typically do there I imagine. She was so helpful throughout the process.
