Jan was fantastic at helping me find the right bike for me. I wasn't sure what type of bike I needed, upgrade my road bike or get a gravel bike. After test riding several different bikes, I was able to narrow my choice. Jan was patient and supportive. No pressure and just helpful. I was glad I made the trip to Benidorm Bikes.

Every interaction with the staff at Benidorm is exceptional. We have purchased bicycles, helmets, lights, accessories and even a bell! The stafff treated each purchase as the most important sale of the day. They know the industry, understand customer needs and are genuine. What a delightful group and place to purchase any bicycling gear! Worth the trip and time!

I called because I had no idea how to maintain my tubeless tires on my newish gravel bike. Travis patiently took me through all the steps to service the tires myself and got me back on my bike in no time. He pointed out feauures on my bike that I was unaware of, and gave me some coaching on chain maintenance and suggested products to use. In the end, I will likely take my bike back to Benidorm to top off the sealant, but I do feel confident that I could do it myself. Friendly and knowledgable!
