The personal service from Pete, Jan & Doug is absolutely world class. I wouldn't shop elsewhere. I needed a new bike computer and went straight to Benidorm for a Garmin 850 which was super easy to configure from my current profile.

The only place to buy a bike. Went through a ai tools, didn't tell Jan that. She pointed me to the same bike all the ai pointed to. People are still better than humans. Both visits were excellent and I love the bike.

Everyone that I had the pleasure to meet welcomed me as family. It’s a 45 minute drive for me to arrive at the facility. I purchased my wife’s FX 2 stagger at Benidorm Bikes. I was so impressed with the knowledge of Jan and when we picked up the bike the mechanic explained the bikes operating systems and had my wife ride her new bike so he could watch and make seat height adjustments. I knew then I would only bring the bike back to Benidorm for service and any repairs if needed. Everything I asked to have done was complete on time and perfect. I have already shared my experience with friends and explained this is where they need to bring their bikes for service. I want to thank everyone who works at Benidorm.

VERY thoughtful about an extended service I asked them to provide on an older Cannondale, as well as helping with an immediate need to replace the tires and tubes on another ride - old hands don't have the strength anymore!

Pete, Doug and Tim, did a great job preparing my bike for my 1,200 mile from San Diego to Cabo. They helped me reconfigure my gravel and offered me excellent advice on additional equipment for my bike. They offer friendly, quality and knowledgeable advice and I will be returning to them in the future for all of my cycling needs.
