Berger's always gets the repair correct. I have full confidence in Keenan and Scott to do the job right at a fair price. I have been using Berger's exclusively for 15 years for servicing my bicycles. Along the way I have had all of my questions answered on a range of topic related to bicycles, whether for the current repair/service or something else. When we return to York, ME in mid March for the season, I love to see Berger's "Open" sign to see they are in business for another year.

I ordered a new Trek bike over the phone and picked it up at their shop. The entire transaction process was perfect. Both men were super helpful and genuinely nice. Even though I live a distance away, I will return here when I'm in the area. I highly recommend this shop.
