As a home builder it is important to have a dedicated, responsive and knowledgeable realtor working with a respected company to sell our properties. Bernie checks all of the boxes. He does an outstanding job of communicating and making sure that we did everything we needed to keep things on track and avoid any delays. He proactively followed up with u to make sure that we were taking care of everything we needed to. When issues came up with a title search he quickly resolved all of the issues with the buyers attorneys. Bernie did a great job and I would highly recommend his services.
