John is very good at explaining how the electric bike works. I knew nothing and he was patient and kind in the way he explained everything. He was no pressure in selling the bike left the decision up to me. I bought the bike and am anxious for it to arrive. I would and will spread the word that John is the guy to go to for buying a bike of any kind.

I like the fact that you actually care to find the right fit for your customers. John such a nice guy. I know he was tired by the time he got to my house. Yet he took time with my 6 yr old grandson to find him a hat and tee shirt. He throughly explained how my bike works.
