I love the personalized service I have received here since Bethesda Bike and Ski opened. I purchased my e-Bike here and they keep my Specialized Ruby in great shape. When I need help with something, they are here for me. Got a great deal on the Spring tuning of my Ruby!

This is the friendliest, most helpful bike shop I've ever done business with. They take care of small issues right away, often for free. They always have time to provide free advice on bikes and apparatus. When my mirror broke they called the dealer, confirmed it was under warranty and got expedited shipment of a replacement. They are totally straight shooters when it comes to diagnosing bike problems and they made sure that I was totally satisfied with any repairs made. When any residual issues remained, they worked on it immediately at no extra cost and got it resolved.
