The HIIT sessions run on a weekday at 7:30am are great for me - the timescale is exactly right as it means that I am in my place of work for 9:00. More than that, the variety of exercises and the quality of the instructors make it a fun session whilst burning of a load of calories.
It's good to see attendance going up slightly - a few months ago it was just me at times. Now that rarely - if ever - happens which is great.
I like the classes which I use regularly. The centre is now very clean and welcoming. My only improvement would be to increase the number of Pilates classes, very difficult to get in to the 10.30 class on Saturday morning.
