Good exercise environment and facilities. Clean and pleasant sports halls. Pleasant and helpful staff. Once advised on what and how to undertake exercises, left very much to one's own devices. Security good

Friendly, helpful team. Good, clean facilities and equipment. Only downside is the communal changing area, no privacy after showering. Isn't communal changing a thing of the past? Come on management, plead our case and get it up to date like they have at Wellsprings. Not everyone likes to be seen naked!

The facilities in the gym are excellent, particularly for the membership price. The staff are helpful and friendly, which contributes to a really pleasant atmosphere in the gym, which, when combined with the equipment, makes it a very enjoyable place to train.

Never too crowded, own lots of facilities around my area so there are a wide range of activities available and fast track machines make going to the gym easy

I am a full member of both the leisure centre and the spa and really benefit from my twice weekly visits there. Both my husband and I start off in the toning suite. Unfortunately one of the chairs is out of action and has been for some time. Also one of the beds has moved its angle and now catches my lower back but I make up for missing these two by doing several others twice. I go to the spa while my husband has a swim. That is after we have had a coffee and bun served by Donna in the coffee corner. Donna, like all the staff at Blackbrook, is wonderful and looks after us very well indeed.
