wonderful staff at the centre Birthday parties are a great price. I went to Copthall and was not allowed an option of bring in my own food I had to buy it from the centre at an additional £5.00

I love the virtual classes and the fact that there are so many of them! It would be great if you could provide more info on changing the scheduled virtual class to a different one, should members want to do a different class to the one on the timetable. Regarding the Thursday afternoon Body Pump virtual class, it is only 26 minutes long and covers only the first half of a regular Body Pump class. Could a virtual class covering the second half be scheduled straight before/after the current one, so that a full hour of Body Pump can be done in one go? Lastly, I am a regular user of the creche, but find it impossible to book in for Fridays, (probably popular because a lot of mums don't work on Fridays). Can anything be done to provide more creche spaces, particularly on a Friday morning? The workout I am interested in doing is Charles's 9am class on a Friday. Thank you
