I only use the outdoor pool. I like that there is a heated pool in my neighbourhood. The life guards are welcoming. The swimming community is friendly. It is my relaxation for the week. I switch off while swimming.

The lido is amazing and the lifeguards are beyond fabulous. If I had to score the gym, my score would be significantly lower.

I liked the induction by Dean. Also he is very approachable and helpful when l needed help with my hand band and the machine.

I love the pool, like the staff and the classes. I especially LOVE Tracy's swim doctor class. Your new App is better, but I still encounter occasional problems with the turnstiles and booking.

The pool atmosphere is extremely calming and the staff are friendly, welcoming and polite. The only thing that would make it even better is if the men’s changing rooms had individual showers instead of the communal showers as (I believe is this case in the women’s changing rooms)

50 meter heated lido and wattbikes are a real must for my tri training and not often available so they make Charlton lido Better gym a really good match!
