All staff are very helpful and friendly. I was very worried on my first visit but meeting Kimberley soon put me at ease. She supported me for a number of weeks and even though I had my last meeting with her she said she will always be contactable. She gave me the confidence to now attend the gym regularly. Thank you.

It's near work and nice and cheap. Also has a reasonable amount of equipment and it's not busy. Also nice to see the outdoors, most gyms are in basements so you've no idea what the weather is like
