Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Great amount of space to freely work out, from. Fantastic selection of equipment to use. Class teachers (that I've had contact with) are encouraging and enthusiastic. What more can I say?

Nikki is a fantastic instructor. Her classes are so popular and she puts so much thought into each class, they're often hard to get onto which shows how.good she is. There's great equipment in the gym and j really enjoy coming to the centre.
