Pilates classes. The multiple sites. Decent price. I would like staff in the gym monitoring peoples' use of the equipment and advising, because people don't use them correctly and could easily injure themselves.

I love the service from Better - the price is very reasonable for the number of classes you can access. The Power Pump classes I have started with Amanda at Eldon Square, Newcastle, are very welcoming, non judgemental and cater to all abilities. Highly recommended.

I regularly visit Eldon Square gym and have plenty of equipment to work with enabling me to get the work out I want. On a normal week I would visit between three or four times. There is an instructor who will monitor my progress from time to time and give me advice on how to stay fit and how to get better.

The amount of areas for exercise, especially the circuit room. The overall feel of the gym is very comfortable as there is a range of people of all ages, shapes and sizes. Only criticism is that there should be more of the very popular machines (cable and smith machines) as it is sometimes difficult to get on these machines

This gym has a welcoming atmosphere, where you feel comfortable to progress at your own pace. The staff are all pleasant and helpful. I have enjoyed the last 4 months, now I look and feel better due to the help and support of a competent instructor. I really would recommend Better Eldon Square.
