The positives: The staff are always polite and helpful. There are a nice variety of classes available. The pool is clean and mostly warm. The gym is well equipped and easy to navigate. The changing rooms are clean and attractive. The cafe is well stocked with a quick service and reasonably priced. The negatives: Only one in my opinion - both disabled toilets that I've used (ladies changing rooms and upstairs) have felt unpleasant to use. The standard at Better Gosling is generally high so the contrast in the disabled toilet facilities is surprising. They both seem in a state of disrepair, dirty and uncared for with seemingly no thought to the niceties, such as the ones provided in the ladies changing rooms (soft lighting, moisturiser etc) Other than that I'm very happy! Thank you : )
