Very well equipped gym with masses of kit. Friendly and helpful staff The website has just been updated and booking classes is so much easier. Good value for money I have only 1 negative point ......at this time of the year, especially early in the morning, I find the aircon makes the function studio much too cold!!

Good range of equipment, not too busy in the mornings when I train. A couple more sets of cables and a decent hack squat wouldn’t go a miss!

I’ve started training Group cycling with Ifan early two months ago. He was incredibly awesome, professional and efficient. I have loose my weight and flexible. Now focusing to build muscles. I loved each of group cycling training sessions. I have a great trainer who motivate me a lot. I enjoyed his training. Looking forward to join him more but I heard that he is leaving soon this gym. He will be an asset of such training classes. Thank you Pandu Kaviti.
