Classes on Thursday are the best. The only thing which is recently annoying is that it’s very cold in the changing room. I hope this issue is only temporary.

I am a member of Better Gym for many many years. I come to this Gym Monday to Friday. I go to Canons Gym on Saturday and Sunday. I do not lift very heavy items because I do not have very powerful muscles. I know my limits is I stick to appx 15kg. I use treadmill every day. I use the exercise bike every day. I have made many friends.

Very clean, good apparatus and friendly staff. I would like to see a ban on mobile phones in the gym, if they want to program their own music that's fine but most just sit on the equipment to send texts, stopping others from exercising.
