The staff are always lovely and kind. They are approachable and friendly too. The only thing I would point out is the cleanliness of the gym needs addressing. I can usually clean off a good amount of dust from the machine and there is always dirt on the floors, which makes floor work a little less appealing.

I took my grandchildren to Helston pool and was very grateful to the staff who were happy to let them play with their beach ball all the time we were there. I feel that many other pools would not have been so accommodating. Thank you.

All the staff is Friendly and helpful. Happy about most you have been offered. Only one hope is , Monday Yoga class to be longer session. 1 hour isn’t enough, if you can do 2 hours, will be my dream come true! Thank you

Lots of equipment in the gym but regular cleaning is not visible, need to encourage users to wipe down equipment used by them!! Perhaps a big notice and trainers could relay this on induction. Also classes aren't covered when trainers are away. Hope theses are dealt with.

Helston sports Centre is very good and Staff are helpful and friendly. Would be helpful to have clearly defined parking as there are often vehicles taking up 2 spaces. It would be a great idea to extend the yoga class on mon mornings one hour isn't long enough. Also a tai chi class would be wonderful too. Thank you.

I use Truro,s Better gym during the week and Helston at weekends,Helston is bigger and has more equipment in it,the only downside is the showers and changing room,Truro has been revamped and is far better than Helston. Shower cubicles should be provided .
