Friendly staff and always someone available. I only use the swimming pool which is an amazing pool. There is no other pool in the area of this size. Always a member of staff visibly cleaning to keep it up to standard. The changing rooms are adequate. Perhaps the showers could be a little updated. I have been visiting Highgrove pool for over 50 years and it’s a fantastic pool. I believe the facilities in the gym are also good and great value for money.

Your staff on the front desk are cheerful and helpful they take the time to help you. The changing room are clean also I like that you.still have female changing separates from male.

I like the proximity to home and work, I think the facilities are good and there seem to be sufficient units I want to use available. Overall the showering and sauna is good. I realise this is difficult with the number of clients passing through. I would like to see the rowing machine maintained better. I use classes and find the quality of trainers good. The ones I have experienced seem to work hard to make encourage all levels of fitness. the experience is overall quite positive.

Very happy with the equipment and layout. Plenty of parking and staff always friendly. The only thing I’m not happy with are the showers. Need serious cleaning with limescale remover etc.

The gym has plenty of cardio and weight equipment. The pool is a good size and the changing facilities are very clean. Plenty of parking. Good atmosphere, friendly staff available for help if you need it.

The gym equipment and staff Highgrove are excellent as also all of the reception staff. The only problem I have, is the swimming pool often looks dirty with huge clumps of hair at the bottom off the deep end. This is often there for a couple of days. Also the showers on the public side (pool side) sure often cold and take several days for repair. Generally though, a very well run centre.
