Social enterprise (so you know your money is helping society and your local communities), efforts on diversity & inclusion, variety of classes, financial accessibility. Love it!
I would definitely recommend ironmonger to a friend.
I love the pool and I find all the staff extremely kind helpful with good cheerful attitude and friendly manner.
I've thoroughly loved the strength and conditioning class with Christina. Never in my life have I found a class that made me look forward to going to the gym. I've seen great improvement in my level of fitness.
I am still waiting for the long promised call back after my last response to a survey like this; I was asking about why Better Leisure charge different membership rates for the facilities they provide across the London boroughs.

Such a good facility with lovely staff and a great community spirit.
However, I go for the Tuesday water workout with Sheila which is excellent, and she promotes a really good atmosphere between the participants, but she has had some health issues of late and has had to cancel a few times but we only tend to get told a few minutes before the class was supposed to start. In the last few months this has happened a good handful of times and it’s always been with less than half an hour’s notice. As much as I understand that these things happen, if I was to cancel at that short notice I would be charged extra but there is barely an apology (this has also been the case with other classes I have trecked across town for, not just at ironmonger row or even just water workout) which feels a bit insulting
