Lovely pool. Still not sure about time slots , been turned away because pool full , no-ome getting out in one and a half hour session. Admission at front desk needs improved , takes forever with the till/computer,even worse when there is a queue. Don’t want to sound negative, been coming here since pool opened, but these issues need to be adressed.

Keswick spar has always been excellent since its opening and I would still recommend it to everyone although the serving of food for the kids is a huge miss and at my last visit two weeks ago I took my 3year old grand daughter down the slide and noticed that the joints in the slide sections were almost painfully sharp as I slid over them. This is not a complaint. More of an observation to help you guys keep up the quality of the spa :-).
Still an excellent day out after all these years.

Friendly and helpful staff from front desk to instructors. I like all the extra classes they have been organising like spin. They also work hard and help out the community like fund raising for Keswick School and donating rowing machine to local rowing club. Keep up the good work, Jeff, Ryan and team.
