The Staff at Leyton Lagoon are very friendly. The facilities are very nice. The classes most of the time are on time. I was amazed when one of the Receptionist told me what was included in my membership. I was so touched because as It was a gift, I did not know what was included. The Receptionist told me, lucky you, All inclusive. everything and everything. I was the happiest girl.
Also, the lady who cleans the changing rooms by the swimming pool is so nice. she always has a smiling face and always busy cleaning. The facilities are much better now than a few years ago.Thank you for all your hard work.

Better is a great place to work out and have fun. They have lots of activities for families and single persons.
BUT the keep fit classes being not as good as should it been.
Microphones didn't work, Cycling bikes not being fixed, not enough hand weights for people who goes to classes. Classes being not covered by instructors.
Many classes at for beginners and they don't have enough advance classes.
To join things as swimming for children its very hard...only online and people at the reception don't want Or cannon' t help as they have other duties to do.
As I had been a member for many years mainly because its very close to our house, has not improve over the years...its been worse.

Only use gym so can't comment on other services.
Gym at Leyton has good selection of equipment, well maintained and enough to provide access even at busy times.
Pleasant space, well lit and good ventilation.
Sufficient locker space, good value charge at 20p.
Friendly staff, happy to help with queries.
