I like having the choice of gym and pool within the same building. It's close enough to walk to, so no stressful driving. It has a lovely cafe that provides really nice fresh food. Staff are friendly and members are too.

The members of staff I have come across with are amazing people: always polite even at busier times, friendly & keen to help. The swimming pool water is always clean and ideal temperature (for me); it feels so fresh even after 50min swim. Well done!! You should be proud. Thank you - Sadly I can't use your facilities as often as I would like as I live far. Thank you!

I like that the facilities are clean and are functioning. It's good to see that they are also maintained properly. The online presence is a little tedious. Initially the machine on site was giving an error on email, but I couldn't change it myself online. So I had to call the help desk. This repeated as a payment failed and the subscription had to be recreated instead of updated. So the email issue occurred again.

Beautifully designed building, the competiton pool is a joy to swim in. Good opening hours. Both pools and changing rooms well maintained and kept clean. The creche is brilliant.
