I have saw the new ladies gym which looks good as I hate working out in front of men my only problem is the treadmills face the wall so if anyone came through the door you cannot see anyone and I wouldn't hear anything if I had my music in my ears a little shuffle round would be good thanks
I only do the Extreme Air class on a Monday but keep coming back as its fun and Mollie is brilliant, she always varies the class so no two weeks are the same. Mollie also gives alternative exercises to you to do if you are injured (I have sciatica and therefore am sometimes restricted) which always makes you feel included in the class.
The staff are very friendly welcoming and professional. I go to the extreme air class every Monday which I really enjoy it’s a fun workout but it’s also very challenging and works every muscle in your body as well as being an aerobic workout. Milly is an excellent instructor who is also very friendly and approachable which makes the session a fun place to be and not at all intimidating like some classes can be. I also use the gym which is well equipped and very clean. I have already “recruited” two of my friends who have also joined and I am currently working on a few others.

An excellent service. I have been more than happy with all of the trainers who have helped me. Their advice and instruction have been invaluable to me and my future health. I look forward to attending my classes, I feel happy and relaxed when I am there.
Firstly the convenience of the building as it is on several bus routes and also has a good car park.
Early opening hours which enables me to have a work out before going to work.
Staff are always pleasant.
