The price is fantastic for what you get. Although the spin classes have deteriorated (in terms of number of classes at good times per week and also instructors) somewhat i still think its worth going. However if they continue to reduce then i think i would at least try other places. Also you get access to the pool and a decent gym...and its less than 5 minutes walk from my home so i consider myself very lucky to have this facility.

Centre had great family changing with lots of cubicles. Staff very friendly. We went to the under 5 parent and baby swim and the instructor was lovely. The pool was warm and toys etc laid on great fun!
