I have a heart problem ,and I am limited to what I can do and what I can't.Ive been at north city for over 5 year's, the sessions I do help me immensely and I do feel better, I will continue to go for as long as I can. TRY IT

Play centre fab for kids. Gym space for most part appears clean, airy, really like the cleaning bottles and tissues. Good range of equipment and space. Also feels diverse I’ve not once felt uncomfortable there. Changing rooms also clean. App is fab staff very approachable and helpful. As a disabled person I feel really supported and valued there. You need a gym orderly and it's the only gym I know where nobody returns the weights,I'm forever tripping up and spend ages looking for weights which are never in order grow some balls and start telling people to out stuff back at pure you get barredfir 2weeks then a month at your gym nobody says a word then people spitting in the steam room it's disgrace ful but there's no point in me saying anything coz you dont the only person who pulls anyone is Brenda you should make her the boss
