The pool. The sauna (may it reopen very, very soon) - the showers - though the womens cubicles are not 'private' - the misty glass has been falling off for a year and needs a new panel (please see to it Oasis!!). Anna - the cleaner - lovely woman - the friendly and family staff - Cheryl and the Oz life guard and all the others whose names I don't know. Generally a friendly bunch. Please, PLEASE would you put a Pilates ring in the gym??? Thank you.

Love the outdoor pool and the sauna, though it was a shame it was closed recently. More Comms about why that's the case and when it will reopen would be good.

It is a really nice space, the changing room and pools are well linked. The changing rooms have space which is great, and there are proper showers which make it much easier to get ready quickly post swim. Staff were very helpful and friendly

Great gym, 2 great pools for lane swimming, 3 glass backed squash courts in good condition, friendly front and gym staff, helpful back office. I don't do any classes but there are plenty. what more does one need. A++ for Oasis

Spoke with Fahad about membership issue. He was super helpful, really friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Totally different to Clissold where staff are rude and unhelpful

Two good pools (one indoor, the other heated outdoor), excellent showers, friendly staff, fantastic location. Shallow ends a bit shallow.

I really love coming to swim in the opened door swimming pool, it makes my day! Also the outdoor sauna its a great place to either relax or have some fun conversations.

I really like the yoga and pilates classes. I use the gym a lot, however, I wished that there would be no music. The gym is frequented by people of all ages. Anyone who wants to train to music can easily bring their own. I do not like the lockers in the hall way. In the Swiss Cottage centre the lockers are arranged in a much more customer friendly way. Why is can we not have the same arrangement?

Friendly reception, he is informative . I enjoy my Saturday morning fitness class, excellent teacher. Hoping to come back for swimming lessons. Great teachers too
