The staff are quite friendly and helpful. Group Cycle and Pump (Saturday morning classes) are excellent and the instructor Debbie is excellent . I hope these classes will be moved to the new facility as they are very popular and busy sessions.
Your fitness teachers and their classes - Debbie, Carl and Katie, are fantastic. They are clearly trained well and run classes that make a real physical and mental difference. They are also brilliant at working around injuries. I have had both a bad back and a sprained ankle during my time at this feel good and all three made sure I adapted the exercises so I could still excercise, and help speed up recovery. They make excercise fun which is also pretty impressive! I’ve been to many feel goods in my time and actually left the kings cross one to join this one because the classes were significantly better.
It's just a very friendly environment. Staff are very helpful. I have made loads of new friends over the years here. Classes are great and have the best instructors.
Peter May has an excellent badminton court.
The showers could do with a makeover as there’s are no hairdryers and mirrors.
