Equipment in good state of repair.Membership good value.Standards have slipped in January-hot water in gents is tepid used to be hotter.Soap virtually run out.Out of 4 tv screens,2 are not working properly,2 are on the same second rate channel.

I suffer from Rheumatoid arthritis so some days I have swollen and painful fingers or arms. The main door downstairs is not disable friendly. They open outwards with pull action and can't be pushed open with bodily force if not with hands. Is there another way which has disable friendly door.
