I enjoy the swimming lessons and am gaining a lot from the process. The gym is well equipped and maintained and I feel comfortable utilizing the equipment.
your fitness classes are brilliant, well thought out dance and body conditioning classes are excellent! I don't have to think about exercising the different parts of the body as the instructors do all the planning of musclework for you within the class - I know I can leave it to the professionals e.g. Gary, Jameelah, Loanna, Sarah and Becky are highly recommended at South Norwood Centre
Morgana's Pilates classes at Thornton Heath are brilliant! Planning to join her Water Workout asap. Love love love Murleen's Aerobics and can't wait to try out her well anticipated Rebounding!
The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the little stumpy boy (I think his name was Sean) who showed me how to squat properly after doing it wrong for years.
I recommend you have a session with him, he showed me muscles in places that I didnt even know I had places!
Rebecca is fun and an excellent teacher. The staff at the front desk are welcoming and listen to you what to have to say. Gail is terrific and so much fun. I am looking forward to trying some new classes.
