Eastern leisure- You have a lot of classes which are good, the gym is good also. But you need to keep the swimming pool open later for people that work and don’t get home until 6:30. Also an evening of water aerobics which you used to have, the only ones you have at eastern is in the day

Ellie Clemence has excellent customer service's skills. I've noticed how good she was with everybody, taking time to speak and explain to everyone. Ellie has been exceeding with the help she has provided. She seems to be knowledgable in what there is to offer and how the systems work etc. She is the best staff I've come across, and I hav even to a few centres. Although I have to say most staff are very good. The swimming pool in Star Hub is lovely and clean.

Nice gym which a good selection of equipment and pool is good for swimming lengths. I was served by a lovely lady who was so helpful and made sure I had a the info I needed. I couldn't have asked for a nicer welcome. I didn't get her name, but I think she has bright pink hair so is probably easy to identify.
