Although there is some room for improvement, I would truly recommend it to people I know in my local community as it is as good as it could be for what it offers. We are proud to have such a great and affordable leisure centre in our local area, where we have access to all the facilities and there is a good range of activities for any age group.

The pad locks are too big I normally go to the Kentish Town gym and it fits perfectly but it’s to big for the Swiss Cottage gym

The overshoes policy (to enter the pool changing rooms) is ridiculous, i.e. almost all pools don't require it, partly because it's not enforced. At the same time, most people skip the shower before entering pool (and staff members never say a word)

I usually participate in the fitness classes, Nicole, Lee and Shida are my favorite instructors. I hope the lockers for swimming changing room is going to be the same one as the first floor. i.e. using the own padlock, not a coin of 20p.

Great services. The air conditioning could be much higher as it does get very humid at times.

I like the fact that you are close and least expensive option of all the gyms in the area. I also like the fact that I can always get a machine when I come. I'm concerned about the building going up nearby - I hope that still will be the case.
