The pool and changing rooms were very nice and very clean.
My only slight complaint and it almost seems crazy to say, but the shower water was a bit too hot!! It was very difficult to stand under the water because it was almost burning and I imagine would be impossible for a child to use.
Otherwise it was great. You even had hairdryers that worked, instead of those silly ones that do nothing at all!

The staff are excellent and manage to sort a few problems out such as the continuing problems with the steam room and sauna. These never seem to get fully rectified - either too hot (sauna) or not hot enough at times (steam room).
Other things that need looking at are the poor performance of the showers to the right of the pool as you go in and leave the pool. I never bother with them and I notice others try them and walk off.
I'd like to see the two lanes, fast and slow left open until 09:30.
Otherwise excellent.
