Gym is clean and staff are very friendly, other gym goers are friendly too and respectful of u and ur workout. Swimming is great changing rooms are clean only downside in link is toilets always smell horrible! My children hate using them but apart from that it all good

I love the selection of classes you offer. I do at times have problems with your app; at times there is availability on a class however the app isn’t updated to reflect this. The barriers don’t always work effectively in updating attendance and it becomes a laborious task to get the ‘non attendance’ wiped from the card to use the booking app again.

I don't buy any products. I think all I see is swimming stuff!! I only use the gym , which I find very good. Most appliances in good working order. Always someone to help if needed. I like the way there are many different people using facilities. Fit , disabled, young, old. It's great. People who really need the fitness
