Staff are always pleasant and speak to you. The pool is good. Could do with upgrades to the changing facilities ie more working lockers but that's a minor point.

The best thing is that the 25m pool is nearly always open for general swimming. I fear that access will reduce once the new pool complex is open. Things I dislike/ could be improved; I hate the radio in the changing room there should be an e-mail list of all those with season tickets etc so they can be informed of ad hoc pool closures there should be a swimmer liaison group, especially important with the new development in the offing

A very friendly and well run establishment. All sorts of different age groups from the community use the facilities which I enjoy being a part of. Very clean but generally in need of some refurbishing.
