friendly staff good facilities ( the bike storage could be improved - difficult to access if more than one bike in the room ; the door is a bit clumsy for getting bike in and out). I mainly swim- the changing rooms are always kept clean ; one of the showers doesn't function well - it won't stay on at all when you release the button) I like to get a lane to myself when I swim so I won't advertise the pool too much !!)

The staff are brilliant. All friendly / chatty / helpful. It makes it a nice place to be. Ideally paying members wouldn't have to pay for the lockers. It's only 20pnbur is annoying having to remember change every time.

The centre is fantastic It has all new equipment , it’s never crowded in the gym The pool is always warm , showers hot , changing rooms clean and staff are friendly and welcoming and know their products

The staff are very helpful. Better Gym offer you a different kind of experience, they’re more hands on when compared to other gyms. The equipment is always neat and tidy. I wouldn’t change a thing. Keep up the great work Tiller Leisure Centre. Raymond.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of machines. Busy but not crowded so I don't have to wait for a workout. Place is clean and can always get a locker.

The location is ideal for those working in Canary Wharf. Good changing room facilities, shame about the 20p charge for locker use. The pool temperature is just right, however the pool flooring needs a lot of work - missing tiles!

My daughter is going to the swimming classes which she did not like at all, it was painful to convince her to go and hear her crying before the class start. However Mark who is the current teacher is very kind and funny which makes her enjoy to go to swimming. She is so confident now and I can say that it is because of the teacher.

The new gym is looking fabulous.. it feels so much better working out as it looks and feels great. The swimming lessons are very rewarding as my daughter has worked her way through the stages quick. Mark from tiller leisure centre is a very good swimming instructor, so much interaction and praises the children all the time a pleasure to watch.
