The gym is small but well equipped for what we need. The pool is a good size. Paul, the Personal Trainer, is fantastic and really good at looking after everyone. But most of all we love Ian on reception because he’s always so friendly and welcoming.

My colleague and I visit the gym once a week after work, very convenient. Sometimes very busy as the gym is quite small. Always mange to find a locker though. Useful that when you are a member you can also use a gym local to you (I live in St Austell so occasionally visit Polkyth as well)
