Staff friendly and efficient.
Centre cleanliness excellent.
There is a need for more classes which are tutor led. Requests have been made to one of the tutors but her new work schedule does not allow this.
When tutors are on holiday or sick, a replacement qualified tutor should be available to take the class rather than a class being cancelled. This discourages members from committing to classes.

It’s very close to me so very convenient to drop in when I drop children off at school or need to be in and out quickly. The staff are lovely and friendly always around to help if need be. And the classes are free this month and have extended to next month so my friends have joined the gym todo the classes . I hope they change the memberships and put classes free we are all really enjoying them been doing them since October and I Iv met so many friends

The Dome's staff have pride in their work. They are friendly and professional and listen and hear what their clients say to them.
The Dome is cleaner than the nearest Better Centre.
It is great that we have another tutor led class, but a little advertising would be appreciated in order that this class is allowed to continue.

The staff are lovely, extremely helpful and I feel they are proactive in ensuring we have a good experience. One of the female staff on the desk, who under her own steam was able to see that I was eligible for a senior citizen membership, I was opposed to membership as I was unlikely to use the courts in the summer. Her investigation has led me to sign up, which is so much more convenient when booking a court. I'd also like to mention the manager who was extremely apologetic and positive in his solving of a booking that impacted on ours, which wasn't his fault and has remembered us ever since. All the staff greet us with friendly smiles and a bit of banter when they are not busy. Couldn't recommend them highly enough, a great team.
