The Receptionists and the staff in general are very friendly. The center has been looked after very well, because it is always very clean. The only thing I am not sure of is the checking in system/ the computer where we used to scan our membership card, What happened to it??.

There is a good selection of classes, the gym is well equipped.
Normally is clean and people are respectful.
The staff working at this gym are knowledgeable, you can always ask them if you need help.
I don’t like your system of having to put your names on the waiting list for a class, then you are able to send ten emails to say a class you have booked is now available. When I go on the system to book it there is no vacant place to book and when you ring the centre it is always engaged fir hrs.
What I do want to recommend to come in place is this. 1 The centre should put the first person in the vacant space and ring them to inform them of it and if they don’t want that class they must cancel . The frustration has been great for months now I have not been able to fit in a 10.30 Yoga class it’s always full. I pay monthly but don’t seem to benefit on a weekly basis and there is no refund. But on the occasion if one fails to attend a class you are so very quick to charge them for default. So for the records I hope you will make some changes for people who don’t sit on top of their computers to get it quickly to book a class in advance.
You did have the old system when the centre used to make call and tell you but now you have so many emails sentry and make it difficult to book on line all the time
